In this position, you will work directly with members to provide information, answer questions, and support them throughout the enrollment and coverage process.

Provide information regarding available programs and confirm member eligibility
→
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and service requests
→
Return client calls and follow up in a timely and professional manner
→
Assist members with coverage-related questions and requests
→
Review individual needs and explain available coverage options using the company’s Needs Analysis system
→
Maintain accurate and organized client information
→
Stay current on company products, services, procedures, and internal guidelines
→
Work closely with leadership and participate in ongoing training and development
