This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, and is looking for a position with professional growth and long-term earning potential.

As a Benefits Representative, you'll work directly with clients to provide information, answer questions, and help them better understand their available benefit options.

Your responsibilities will include:

Connecting with clients and providing professional, responsive support
Explaining available products, services, and coverage in clear terms
Answering questions regarding existing and potential benefits
Reviewing client needs and helping identify suitable options
Staying informed about changes to available products and programs
Maintaining accurate and organized client information
Building positive, long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and service
