The Legal Brand Team provides commercial support to multiple business units within the Lush group, including PR, Communications, Concepts & Collaborations, B2B, Events, Retail, Marketing, Brand, Tech and Digital (consumer-facing projects) and associated marketing, creative, and partnership teams.

We are looking for an outstanding lawyer with experience in marketing and commercial contracts who is commercially astute to join our in-house Brand Legal team. You will support the legal community in delivering high-quality legal support to various commercial teams in the UK and across the Lush Group, including PR, Events, Retail, Marketing, Campaigns and B2B; in an innovative, fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

You will provide legal support and advice managing the drafting, review, negotiation and advisory responsibility for a broad scope of commercial work and contracts including customer, supplier, marketing, brand and partnership arrangements supporting everything from agreements with event vendors to reviewing NDAs for our next top secret brand collaboration!

Reports to: Head of Brand Legal 

Location: Poole or London. Minimum of 3 days a week in your office location, not set days.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000

Contract: Full time hours, 12 month fixed term
