About the Role
~1 min readWe’re seeking a Project Scheduler to support a portfolio of major transit capital improvement projects. Your primary focus will be developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules for the owner's Project Controls team, supporting projects from planning and design through construction and closeout while helping ensure successful project delivery.
This is a long-term, full-time, on-site position located in San Jose, CA.

Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing schedules for transit or other similar heavy civil infrastructure capital projects.
- Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles, schedule development, schedule analysis, and schedule forecasting.
- Experience developing and reviewing contractor baseline schedules and monthly schedule updates.
- Experience performing Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and evaluating schedule impacts associated with contract changes and delays.
- Knowledge of earned value concepts and their application to project controls and schedule performance measurement.
- Understanding of construction sequencing, construction means and methods, contract administration, and change management.
- Experience coordinating with project managers, contractors, consultants, and owner representatives throughout project delivery.
- Experience preparing schedule analyses, progress reports, executive reporting, and schedule performance metrics.
- Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, and other project controls software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture.
- Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Cost Professional (CCP), or equivalent certification.
- Experience supporting owner’s representative, program management, or construction management assignments.
- Experience supporting design-build, CM/GC, or progressive design-build delivery methods.
- Experience evaluating construction claims and schedule entitlement.
- Experience integrating multiple project schedules into program-level master schedules.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI or similar dashboard KPI reporting software.
What We Offer
~3 min readExpected Salary: $105k-$135k/year ($50-$65/hour).
