Luther Oaks is hiring an Environmental Services Floor Technician to support daily floor care and environmental services operations in our senior living community. This is a full-time, day-shift role with competitive pay, strong benefits, and a mission-driven culture.

• Competitive Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour (credit for experience)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm with rotating weekends and some holiday coverage

• →Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and maintaining floors
• →Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the community
• →Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and effectively
• →Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and team members
• →Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• →Support overall environmental services operations as needed
• →Contribute to resident comfort and well-being through high standards of cleanliness

• Knowledge of floor care equipment, including stripping and waxing floors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience
