About Luther Oaks
Luther Oaks is a Life Plan Community in Bloomington offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide direct nursing care and support residents across our full continuum of care.

• →Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
• →Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition
• →Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• →Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• →Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• →Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life

Required:

• Active Illinois RN license
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living

• $45.00/hour PIB (Paid In Lieu of Benefits) rate
• Additional shift differentials may apply
