Finance Intern (6 months)

LUXASIA Group, the leading omnichannel partner for beauty and luxury lifestyle brand distribution, retail, and e-commerce in Asia Pacific, is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Operations Executive on a 6 months contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our online initiatives.

• Responsible for managing the accounts receivable
• Review outstanding of accounts receivables and address billing issues, payment discrepancy, dispute...etc
• Work with Commercial Brand team and Share Service Team to clear all the discrepancies on timely basis
• Download platform reports on weekly or monthly basis
• Support on ad hoc task as required

• Assist in preparing brand or P/L analysis and spreadsheets
• Support on ad hoc task as required

• Good command of English Language both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP experience is an added advantage
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
• Fast learner with a hands-on approach and a sense of ownership in task completion.
• Responsible and committed to meeting timelines and delivering quality work
• A good team player and ability to work independently and under pressure
