We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid acquisition channels to drive scalable business growth.

Develop data-driven media strategies, including budget allocation, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and full-funnel campaign planning.

Drive continuous optimization through performance analysis, creative testing, audience refinement, and channel experimentation to maximize efficiency and ROI.

Oversee A/B testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and placements to improve conversion performance and customer acquisition.

Ensure accurate measurement infrastructure, including UTMs, pixels, attribution setup, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics frameworks.
Work closely with the Brand, Sales, Growth, and BI teams to ensure media plans are aligned with brand direction and business goals.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing recommendations on acquisition strategy, investment priorities, and growth opportunities.
Mentor and develop junior performance marketing team members through coaching, capability building, and performance management.
Own performance reporting and analysis across key metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, CTR, CPM, CVR, and incrementality.
Translate campaign performance data into actionable business insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Build and maintain performance dashboards to ensure visibility, data accuracy, and timely decision-making across stakeholders.
Present regular performance updates, growth insights, and optimization recommendations to leadership teams.
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Identify and test new growth opportunities, channels, audiences, and performance marketing innovations to scale customer acquisition profitably.
Champion a test-and-learn culture by continuously improving marketing frameworks, experimentation methodologies, and best practices.
10–12 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably within startup environments, with exposure to luxury, e-commerce, or high-value product categories.
Strong experience in developing data-driven media plans based on market trends, historical performance, and business objectives.
Proven track record of profitably scaling paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
Prior experience mentoring or coaching junior team members is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4) is a must.
Proficient in tracking, attribution, and performance reporting (UTMs, pixels, conversion APIs).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and suggest optimizations.
Up-to-date knowledge of ad tech, trends, and platform updates.
Creative testing mindset with the ability to identify winning creatives and scale them.
A highly meticulous, hands-on, and solution-driven professional with the agility to succeed in a fast-moving startup environment.
Fast learner with strong curiosity and a desire to grow into a performance marketing expert.
Results-oriented and comfortable working with numbers.
Hands-on and proactive, with a willingness to get involved in campaign execution.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
