We're looking for an experienced Program Manager for our Denver branch to lead multiple large-scale technology initiatives while ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives. Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
Connect and guide the project team to minimize turn and down time
Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
Leverage expertise to support the go love dates identified for the project
Support a team of the Dynamics team, Business Units, and vendors to deliver agreed upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget
Work directly with the project teams to hit integration goals between the Dynamics modules and automate data processing
Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
Recommending operational strategies and plans that could directly impact results
Requires communication with executive leadership on matters of strategic importance
Guide projects from conception to final implementation and measure the results in a data driven manner
10+ years of experience in a business analyst or project manager position with a focus on large scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations
Integrated ERP Deployment experience (ideally with Microsoft D365, AX or CRM )
Experience with Azure DevOps
Program Management with multiple lane / department delivery
Experience in a consulting environment or similar fast-paced industry
An analytical mind and creative problem-solving ability
Exceptional communication skills
Knowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks
Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders
Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects
PMP Certification
Certified Scrum Master
SAFe Certification
