Lyngblomsten Care Center has an opening for a Full-Time Staffing Coordinator! 

Lyngblomsten is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to help us continue on our successful path. Our ability to remain pool/agency free helps us to give the best care for our residents. The posted pay range of this hourly position is $23.00 to $28.00. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of staffing/scheduling experience in long term care strongly preferred
• Nursing background preferred.
• Qualifications: outstanding communication skills, oral and written; ability to maintain staffing patterns within budget; ability and willingness to assume responsibilities and work as a member of the nursing office team and ability to deal with staff requests and scheduling problems in a positive manner.
• Responsibilities include: but are not limited to: provide staffing patterns to ensure overall continuity of resident cares within the allocated nursing budgeted hours, generating bi-monthly nursing staff schedules and new nursing employee schedules during their orientation period, ensure adequate daily staffing, track floating holiday and sick time paid per personnel policy, maintains file of staffing request for time off, paid time for absences, leaves of absences and FMLA, verifies staff hours daily and biweekly for payroll and other duties as assigned.
