The Role

As a Care Navigator, you’ll be doing the important, meaningful work of managing crises, providing in-the-moment telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues, ensuring client safety, and connecting clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities. This position does not involve providing in-person services or therapy but instead focuses on supporting clients in connecting to care, exclusively by phone and email.

You must be able to work the following shift(s):

Tuesday - Saturday: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM PST (6:30 PM – 3:00 AM MST / 7:30 PM – 4:00 AM CST / 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM EST)

Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure is required (e.g. LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc) or a Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN). We’re unable to provide supervised hours toward licensure. Candidates without a state license to deliver mental health services, independently, will not be considered (with the exception of the RN license)

Must have two years post license experience (EAP/clinical call center experience preferred)

Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN); Must have two years psychiatric intake, assessment RB, other related experience (EAP/clinical call center experience preferred)

Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations (e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting)

Must be Bilingual, Spanish-speaking

Must be a full time resident of the United States; work cannot be completed from outside the United States.
