We offer a collaborative environment where our Case Managers act as your allies, providing extra support for complex cases so you can focus on helping clients build resilience and achieve their goals. We require a minimum Master’s from a relevant clinical mental health degree and licensed to practice therapy in your jurisdiction.

3 to 5 years post graduate experience providing structured counselling/psychotherapy.

Current full registration status with relevant college or association for your location(s) of practice (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action.

Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice).

Willingness to work in collaboration and compliance working with Lyra’s protocols and service level standards.

Ability to work with adults; preference given to providers who also work with children, couples and families.

A secure virtual platform to provide virtual counselling.

A physical office space with ability to see clients in person is a benefit, but not required.

Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed.

Proficient in providing counselling in multiple languages an asset.
