Customer Deployment & Security Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Deployment & Security Analyst to support and optimize our software deployment operations across customer environments. This role involves coordinating deployment activities, ensuring system consistency, and collaborating with multiple technical teams to maintain high standards of service delivery.

• →Planning and coordinating software deployment and release activities
• →Communicating with clients and coordinating all deployment-related tasks
• →Managing incidents, escalations, and resolving technical issues
• →Ensuring system compliance, patch management, and security standards
• →Managing re-imaging processes, IMAC activities, and device connectivity checks
• →Maintaining data and preparing daily, quarterly, and analytical reports
• →Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement
• →Collaborating with teams and sharing best practices while supporting junior

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, a technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, software distribution, or a related field
• Experience with remote software distribution (ATM environment is a plus)
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (8am - 4pm; 3pm - 11 pm; 6pm - 2am)
• Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to perform log analysis with a good understanding of basic engineering concepts
• Advanced knowledge of Windows environments and MS Office tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
