Account Operations Level 1 Agent for Cryptocurrency

• Review and process client’s documentation and information
• Conduct verification and due diligence checks in line with company policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Identify and escalate potential issues or discrepancies when needed
• Ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines and quality standards
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and company policies
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve more complex cases
• Performing operational and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
