- Responding to clients' inquiries
- Answering phone calls, handling chat sessions and resolving support tickets
- Recording customer interactions and profile/account changes
- Providing assistance to other team members
- Reporting most repetitive cases to superiors
- Escalating cases to other departments when needed
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Remote model of work (1 week of training from the office, New Belgrade)
