Inside Sales Associate

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Inside Sales Associate to support and grow relationships with existing Retail customers. In this role, you will work closely with sales teams, clients, and channel partners to drive account management activities, identify growth opportunities, and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

• →Manage and develop relationships with existing customers
• →Support pre-sales and post-sales account management activities
• →Own CRM updates, quotations, order processing, and customer master data maintenance
• →Drive subscription and contract renewal activities
• →Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• →Engage directly with customers and channel partners to support business growth
• →Coordinate customer meetings, business reviews, and Customer Experience Center visits
• →Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution and customer satisfaction
• →Provide guidance and support to junior Inside Sales team members when needed

• Advanced English skills 
• Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
• Good computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
• Interest in technology and the retail technology industry is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of the Dutch language is considered a plus, but is not mandatory
