As a Junior HR Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your HR skills while working in an international environment and collaborating with experienced HR professionals.
- Screening CVs and applications to assess candidates’ suitability for open positions
- Conducting initial screening interviews, both by phone and in person
- Making hiring recommendations based on predefined eligibility criteria
- Organizing candidate testing in accordance with internal procedures
- Scheduling candidates for second- and/or third-round interviews and keeping accurate records of interview results
- Providing regular reports and updates to management and clients
- Searching, improving, and maintaining the candidate database
- Searching the CV database based on recruitment requests
- Processing, updating, and organizing received CVs according to predefined criteria
- Collecting the necessary documentation for new hires and employees
- Introducing new employees to general procedures, work processes, company policies, and values
- Ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of documentation related to the commencement and termination of employment, in accordance with applicable Labour Law and regardless of the type of engagement
- Providing employees with timely information regarding their rights and obligations under Labour Law and company policies
- Communicating with managers and employees via email, web requests, live chat, and phone
- Coordinating various forms, certificates, and other documents requested by employees
- Maintaining accurate employee records and processing absence-related data, including annual leave, paid/unpaid leave, sick leave, etc.
- Updating the employee database and personnel files in cooperation with the HR team in Belgrade
- Collecting monthly timesheets and preparing employee attendance reports
- Performing other HR-related tasks as assigned by the Company
- Minimum high school diploma (SSS)
- Advanced English language skills (knowledge of another foreign language is considered an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, responsibility, and good organizational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
Previous work experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage, but it is not required.
