Junior Project Manager – Digital Transformation

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Digital Transformation / PMO team and support the implementation of digital and business solutions across different regions and countries.

This is a junior-level opportunity for someone who is interested in developing a career in project management, IT implementation and digital transformation. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers, IT teams and other stakeholders, supporting the coordination of project activities and ensuring that tasks and deliverables are completed according to plan.

• →Support the coordination of digital/business solution implementation and rollout activities
• →Follow assigned project activities, deadlines and deliverables
• →Communicate and coordinate with regional and country teams
• →Work closely with Project Managers, IT teams, Team Leads and other stakeholders
• →Support testing activities, including preparation of test data and coordination with testing teams
• →Help identify, track and resolve project-related issues
• →Assist with project documentation and country-specific requirements
• →Support the coordination of cutover activities and implementation plans
• →Monitor the progress of assigned tasks and provide status updates
• →Support the Project Manager and wider team in ensuring project milestones are delivered on time and according to agreed requirements

• Previous experience in project coordination, PMO, IT, business operations or a similar role is an advantage
• Interest in project management, IT implementation and digital transformation
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and follow deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Basic understanding of IT systems, software implementation or project management is an advantage
