We are looking for a new colleague who will join our team as a Logistics Coordinator! This position is responsible for the day to day operational logistics support to the Customer Service field organization. Within a specified geographic area this person is the central point of contact for customer engineers, 3rd party warehouse & transport provider, service account managers and global logistics organization.

Take a closer look at some of the main duties:

Logistics call resolution; source & arrange shipment of spare parts required for service calls
Inventory levels; managing stock level plans and fulfillment to obtain required service level results
Inventory Integrity; managing stock audits, update stock quantities to ensure integrity, investigate inventory discrepancies, in transit management, distress (parts return failure) resolution
Directly interfaces with the Territory Manager and his team of customer engineers and addition to the Field Service Coordinators to ensure a maximum level of logistics support.

What we expect from you:

Minimum high school diploma
Fluency in speaking and writing of English language
Strong communication skills, oral and written
Advanced knowledge level of Windows OS
Analytical and problem-solving attitude
