Project Coordinator

This position is responsible for assisting with the management of projects throughout the US from development to completion and closeout.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creation and completion of project schedule
• Complete material take-off and planning/coordination of subcontractors and materials
• Coordinating with Project Manager on project documents needed
• Assist PM with establish scope of subcontracted work and verifying vendors
• Assist the PM with shipments of materials to the appropriate sites  
• Confirm and enter data into tracking spreadsheet to ensure compliance with Scope of Work
• Prepare and maintain cost tracker to ensure budget guidelines are being met
• Monitor activities of subcontractors and employees on job sites, confirm check-ins/check-outs and review photos
• Assist in resolving contract questions with customers and contractors with direction from the PM
• Ensure all Certificates of Insurance are complete as required 
• Assist in resolving contract questions with customers and contractors with direction from the PM
• Execute small projects independently if needed

What we expect from you:

• Business or technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficient level of English language
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills necessary
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Availability to work either the 3 am - 11 am shift or the 12 pm – 8 pm shift, Monday–Friday
