Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our Delivery/Customer Success team and lead successful project delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, aligning business needs with technical execution to deliver high-impact solutions.

• →Define project scope, timelines, and goals, and ensure alignment with external and internal stakeholders
• →Manage project delivery from planning to execution, tracking budgets and resource needs
• →Coordinate cross-functional team activities, aligning efforts across development, data science, and customer experience teams
• →Optimize resource allocation and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects on track
• →Track project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
• →Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project stability
• →Ensure clear communication of project status, timelines, and expectations to all stakeholders
• →Oversee handover of projects for long-term support

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in AI, technology, or customer experience domains
• Exceptional verbal and written English skills
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with AI technologies and customer experience solutions is a plus

• You’re organized, technically fluent, and not afraid to dive into the details
• You’re comfortable in front of clients and love solving real-world challenges
• You have natural curiosity and enjoy learning about emerging technologies
• You are a team player who collaborates well and keeps communication transparent and solution-focused
