Sales Operations Analyst

• Performing manual order entry and providing support within order management systems for repeatable orders
• Acting as the primary point of contact for issues related to the use of order management systems and order processing procedures
• Supporting the sales team with customer data research and addressing and validating configuration-related issues
• Ensuring customer data accuracy and integrity within NCDM
• Resolving service and solution issues escalated by sales representatives, customers, or operations teams by applying independent judgment and expertise
• Supporting the business division through daily operational activities and providing assistance to sales representatives and managers in revenue-generating initiatives
• Managing import administration and order follow-up activities
• Preparing reports to support sales activities and customer reviews

What we expect from you:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized with multi-threaded tasks
• Strong follow-up skills (proactive, detailed)
• Sales support and account maintenance/management skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English language

• →Daily shift, 9 am to 5 pm (last 4 working days in a month would be 2 pm - 10 pm shift)
