Service Design Analyst I

We are seeking a motivated  individual to join our international team in a junior-level role. The successful candidate will become a valued member of our Digital Transformation Team, supporting the Oracle Enterprise Services (ES) Cloud program rollout.

• →Ensure customer data integrity in Oracle ES cloud for service delivery, billing, and customer reporting
• →Analyze, design, and develop well-defined methods and procedures for service data quality related activities
• →Present and gain agreement for problem isolation, solution creation, and implementation plans
• →Customize and provide business data for knowledge applications; prepare and distribute standard reports
• →Coordinate activities with management and project managers
• →Deliver project milestones on time and within budget, with quality
• →Work closely with other members of the team to implement a multi-functional business solution

• BS/BA in  Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or business-related experience 
• Strong written and oral English communication skills
• Data Analysis & Cleansing : proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data profiling tools
• Reporting & Visualization: experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle BI
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently

• →Working hours from 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday (possibility of occasional afternoon shifts)
