We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy Support Specialist to join us. This role involves providing on-call support, managing and troubleshooting hardware and software, and supporting new customer launches.

Primary Responsibilities:
- On-call responsiveness to support inquiries, both virtually and in-person
- Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software across sites
- Setting up and installing hardware
- Inputting data for client sites
- New customer launch support
- Leading training sessions
- Creating templates to make communication more efficient
- Communicating technical details to users in layman’s terms
What we expect from you:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and provide solutions
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Self-driven, can operate independently, and respond to unexpected situations with confidence
- Able to manage multiple competing priorities
- Must have good Microsoft office skills with a working knowledge of Teams, Word and Excel
- Experience with various operating systems and POS systems is a plus
- Willingness to work primarily during night shifts, including weekends
