We’re looking for a dedicated Full-Time Preschool Teacher to join our warm and supportive team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping the minds of toddlers, fostering their growth, and building meaningful connections with both children and families.

Responsibilities
~1 min read• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and curriculum for preschoolers ages 2.9 through 4 years old
• Work a rotating schedule that includes two shifts from 7 AM – 3 PM on Tuesday and Thursday, and two shifts from 10 AM – 6 PM on Monday and Wednesday, with one rotating shift per week on Fridays
• Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and fellow educators
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
• Experience working with children in a child care, daycare, or preschool setting
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, lift at least 35 lbs, actively participate in physical activities, and maintain full supervision of children at all times
• Positive, patient, and encouraging personality
• A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
• Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
• $115 per month subsidized MBTA pass or free off-site parking
