Responsibilities

You won’t just fix problems—you’ll help build better living environments.

→Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties
→Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
→Work with water, waste, gas, and hot liquid systems
→Install fixtures, piping, valves, water heaters, and treatment systems
→Test systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything meets code
→Partner with Service Techs and contractors to complete projects efficiently
→Manage work orders and maintain accurate reporting
→Support emergency on-call needs (with additional pay)

City of Chicago Plumbing License (Preferred)
5–10 years of hands-on plumbing experience
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
Ability to read blueprints and plan system layouts
Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Comfort working in physically active environments (ladders, tools, tight spaces)
