As our Taproom Ambassador, you'll create memorable experiences, share your passion for craft beer and great food, and help build the welcoming community atmosphere that makes MadTree special. Responsibilities

→Delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all guests; facilitating all guest requests and needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues.
→Exceeding the expectations of your guests through the execution of our Service Sequence.
→Have a knowledge and understanding of table reservations in the taproom for each shift, assisting guests as they arrive to locate their table(s) quickly and efficiently.
→Processing payments, including cash, credit, and contactless payment methods accurately while following company rules on money handling.
→Execute the rotating merchandising displays from planograms provided by leadership.
→As business and volume changes, being ready to work alongside the PE Captain and PE Coordinator for event set up, execution and take down.
