We're seeking compassionate, experienced, and EEC Certified Toddler Teachers to join our team. If you're passionate about early childhood education and love helping toddlers navigate their growing independence, big emotions, developing language, and exciting new discoveries, we'd love to meet you.

As a Toddler Teacher, you'll build meaningful connections with children and families while creating a warm, responsive classroom where toddlers feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore. From first friendships and new words to developing self-help skills and discovering their unique personalities, you'll play an important role in helping each child build confidence and a lifelong love of learning.

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging toddler classroom where children feel secure, supported, and excited to learn.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with toddlers and their families through consistent, responsive, and compassionate care.
  • Support children's growing independence, language development, social-emotional skills, and self-help skills through age-appropriate activities and daily routines.
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and learning experiences that encourage curiosity, exploration, movement, creativity, and problem-solving.
  • Respond thoughtfully to toddlers' individual needs, personalities, interests, and developmental stages.
  • Help toddlers navigate big emotions, transitions, peer interactions, and emerging independence with patience and positive guidance.
  • Encourage early communication and language development through conversations, storytelling, songs, books, and meaningful interactions throughout the day.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that promotes exploration and learning.
  • Provide attentive supervision and follow all health, safety, sanitation, and EEC regulations and requirements.
  • Communicate regularly and professionally with families about their child's experiences, development, milestones, and daily activities.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, Center Directors, and support staff to create a consistent and positive experience for children and families.
  • Observe and document children's development and use those observations to support individualized learning and care.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing opportunities to grow as an early childhood educator.
  • Bring our With Care, We Care® philosophy to life by treating every child, family, and team member with kindness, respect, and genuine care.
  • Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare center, daycare, or early childhood education program.
  • Strong understanding of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, and coworkers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced childcare environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day, including sitting on the floor, bending, kneeling, and participating in indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Full-time availability between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm.
