Magna Legal Services is seeking a hands-on IT Support Contractor to support a company-wide Windows 11 upgrade initiative. This is a fully on-site role based at Magna’s King of Prussia, PA office. The 6-month contract role will focus on preparing, upgrading, configuring, and troubleshooting employee workstations while ensuring a smooth transition to Windows 11.

Perform workstation backups and prepare devices for Windows 11 upgrades.

Install and complete Windows 11 upgrades on employee desktops and laptops.

Install and update required hardware drivers.

Reinstall and configure business applications following upgrades.

Test upgraded devices to ensure hardware, applications, and peripherals function properly.

Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, operating system, driver, and application issues.

Provide hands-on end-user support throughout the upgrade process.

Document completed upgrades and escalate more complex technical issues as needed.

Previous desktop support, help desk, or IT support experience.

Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.

Familiarity with PC hardware, drivers, software installation, and troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment.
