As a maintenance worker, you will be performing a variety of tasks and get to work in the fields including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc. The ideal candidate has a specific skill set in cabinetry and HVACR for this open position.

Perform general and skilled maintenance duties under various titles including maintenance plumber, rough construction, finish carpentry, bio/medical/electronics, maintenance mechanic, maintenance painter, HVAC.
Perform preventative maintenance and utilize decision making skills for corrective maintenance procedures.
Assist with other tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning of equipment and removal of snow during inclement weather.
Identify and evaluate possible options when conducting routine repairs on building and equipment.
Complete all other assigned projects and duties.
