Independent House Cleaner with Flexible Schedule up to $24/h

We want to be upfront with you. Cleaners who work weekends see a lot more job invites. A good chunk of our residential and Airbnb turnovers happen Friday through Sunday, so weekend availability puts you at the front of the line for volume. If you can work weekends, mention it when you apply.

If you already run a small cleaning team or have a partner you work with, we want to hear from you. We have jobs that need two or three people, and crews can knock out bigger homes faster and stack more work into a single day. Tell us about your setup when you apply.

This setup is awesome, but it isn’t for everyone. We need contractors who treat this like the real business it is.

• You show up, and you show up on time. Once you accept a job, it’s yours. No last minute flake-outs.
• You hold a high standard. You notice the dust behind the toilet. You wipe down the baseboards. You leave a home better than the day the owner moved in.
• You communicate. You answer messages, give us a heads up if something comes up, and keep clients in the loop.
• You bring a positive attitude. Cleaning is hard work. We want people who handle it with energy and pride.

• Pay. Starts at $18 an hour, moves to $21 with General Business Liability Insurance, and grows up to $24 with a strong track record.
• Job type. Independent contractor (1099).
• Schedule. Jobs may be available 7 days a week.
