As a global Field Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for designing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate high-quality lead and sales meetings, and nurture Malt clients, in the UK and globally.

While your primary focus is the French market, you will play a pivotal role in the global marketing squad, sharing best practices and supporting cross-regional campaigns to support global sales strategy.

Experience supporting complex buying cycles and interacting effectively with large sales teams (meaning you are assertive and vocal enough).

Superior project management skills as you will be working on several projects at once in a fast-paced environment and will need to be autonomous.

High comfort level with a fast-changing environment.

Full proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish would be significant plus.

Experience and ease with the following tools is appreciated: Salesforce (or similar CRM), marketing automation (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.) etc.

First call with Esra, our Talent Acquisition Partner, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)

Interview with your future manager, Marthe Buisson, Head of Field Marketing, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45 minutes)

Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by Marthe and a member of the sales team in order to assess your technical skills.

Final interview with a C-Level leader to discuss Malt’s long-term vision.
