The Situation: As a flagship member of the French Next40, Malt is actively shaping the "New Way of Work" as Europe’s leading B2B freelance marketplace. Output: Dynamic, multi-scenario rolling headcount and personnel cost models integrating recruitment ramp-ups, turnover assumptions, and localized social charges across European entities.
