Mammoth Distribution is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate – Inventory to join our cannabis distribution operation in North Hollywood—convenient to Burbank, Van Nuys, Glendale, and the San Fernando Valley. In this role you'll receive, store, count, and track inventory, keeping product moving accurately between our loading docks, production areas, and distribution floor. If you have warehouse, material handler, inventory, shipping & receiving, or general labor experience and want a stable full-time position with benefits, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Load and unload inventory from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and production areas
Verify that all incoming deliveries match company purchase orders and flag any discrepancies
Store deliveries in assigned locations using pallets and pallet jacks
Conduct manual inventory counts and identify, catalog, and record inventory locations using Microsoft Excel and our ERP system
Stage and organize materials for production and distribution
Work closely with production, inventory, and distribution teams to meet daily quotas and goals
Identify ways to improve efficiency without sacrificing accuracy or quality
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with regulatory requirements
Follow all safety guidelines and written and verbal instructions; report safety concerns to management
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with internal standards and requirements
Rotate duties with other teams as needed and adapt to shifting priorities
Work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends (overtime paid in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations)

What You'll Bring

High school graduate
2 years of industrial production, warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience strongly preferred
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including simple formulas (required); solid math skills
Ability to read and understand inventory documents and safety manuals
Strong communication and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
Flexible availability, including overtime as needed
Commitment to following safety guidelines at all times
Basic English required; Spanish proficiency a plus
Current forklift certification a plus
Positive, team-oriented attitude; consistent, reliable, and punctual

Physical Requirements

Ability to repetitively lift up to 75 lbs. for up to 80% of the shift
Full range of motion: lift, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, pinch
Manual dexterity to learn and operate warehouse machines and hand tools
Patience and precision with repetitive tasks

Compensation & Benefits

$20/hour
Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - eligible after 60 days
