Modern Automotive is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Toyota of Boone!

  Welcome customers and assist with their vehicle service needs.

  Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues.

  Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs.

  Prepare repair orders and communicate estimates.

  Keep customers updated throughout the service process.

  Work closely with technicians and service management.

  Build lasting customer relationships through honest communication and excellent service.

• Previous automotive service advising or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service abilities.

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Automotive knowledge is a plus.
