We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building reliable applications, and working across technologies to modernize enterprise-scale platforms.

You’ll join our Group Functions Technology (GFT), Finance Solution Delivery team, where you’ll help design and deliver technology solutions supporting Finance and Treasury. The team works on interconnected applications responsible for financial information, reporting, cash management, treasury capabilities, and banking interfaces.

This is an opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle while contributing to the evolution of our target-state architecture. You’ll partner with engineers, architects, operations teams, and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions.

  • →Develop, integrate, and support applications operating within a complex, controlled enterprise technology environment.
  • →Use GitHub and modern software engineering practices to support collaborative development and delivery.

  • →Bring curiosity to the team by challenging existing approaches and identifying better ways to design and deliver solutions.
  • Approximately 3–5 years of professional software engineering or application development experience.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics, and/or Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
  • Strong SQL skills, including experience developing complex queries and working with Transact-SQL.
  • Development experience with one or more modern programming technologies such as Java, Python, or Node.js.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

You’re someone who is:

  • Curious: You enjoy learning new technologies and understanding how complex systems work.
  • Collaborative: You work effectively with engineers, architects, business partners, operations teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Self-driven: You can take ownership of a problem and move it forward while knowing when to bring others into the conversation.
  • Pragmatic: You balance technical quality with business priorities, risk, and delivery requirements.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo: You’re willing to ask thoughtful questions and propose better approaches.
  • Customer-focused: You think beyond the code and consider the experience and outcomes your solutions create for users.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, treasury, or cash-management processes.
  • Experience working with applications supporting financial reporting or other controlled business processes.
  • Additional experience with Power BI, automation, AI-enabled solutions, or modern cloud engineering practices.

This role gives you the chance to combine full-stack engineering, cloud and data technologies, and business problem-solving while contributing to systems that support important Finance and Treasury capabilities.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across technologies rather than being confined to one layer of the stack, collaborate with experienced partners across the organization, and have a voice in how applications evolve as the team advances its technology architecture.
