Set up and configure GPS tracking devices and other telematics equipment according to customer

Mapon builds B2B SaaS for companies whose work happens in the physical world. Our platform helps businesses manage vehicles, drivers, and equipment, improve road safety, reduce costs, automate daily operations, and comply with complex transport regulations.
We started in Riga in 2006. Today, more than 35,000 clients use Mapon, with over 400,000 connected devices on the platform. We have 200+ colleagues across Europe and a network of 150+ partners worldwide. In 2025, Mapon grew revenue by 22.8% to 24.2 million EUR while remaining profitable. We have completed eight acquisitions and intend to keep growing organically and through M&A.
What We Offer
~1 min readBehind those numbers is a product that never stops improving and a team that keeps moving it forward. That gives Mapon a strong foundation for the next stage of growth: deeper relationships in the markets where we are already present, more businesses to reach and new opportunities to unlock.
*We provide detailed feedback on interview performance and/or the technical task only to candidates who have reached the final stage of the selection process.
At Mapon Latvia, you’ll be based at our headquarters in Riga and join a local team of 140+ colleagues, including 3 people in our Warehouse team. You’ll have your closest teammates right beside you, while also working with colleagues across our eight branches and beyond, sharing market insights and helping grow one product across different countries. It’s the best of both worlds: a strong local team and a genuinely international way of working.
As a Device Provisioning Specialist in our Warehouse team, you’re the last checkpoint before our devices and solutions go to customers. Thanks to your work, Mapon can keep growing and reaching more businesses, and your attention to detail makes sure our clients get exactly what they ordered, right on time. You’ll assemble and configure GPS tracking devices and equipment sets for customer orders, then pack and ship them. You’ll work closely with the Head of Warehouse Operations, logistics and procurement colleagues, and Sales and Client Support, who rely on orders leaving on time.
