We are seeking an exceptional Senior Luxury Travel Advisor to join Marchay, combining expert luxury travel planning with leadership, relationship management, and an uncompromising commitment to exceptional service.

This is an opportunity to work with some of the world’s most discerning travelers, create extraordinary journeys, mentor a talented team, and build relationships with the very best hotels, villas, and travel partners around the globe.

Responsibilities

→Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury travel advisory.
→Deep knowledge of luxury travel products, services, and suppliers globally.
→Exceptional client relationship management skills and experience managing relationships in a personalized service environment.
→Proficiency with CRM systems, booking platforms, and travel technology tools.
→Experience handling ultra-high-net-worth travelers, VIP family travel, and bespoke multi-stop international itineraries.
→Availability during Eastern Time business hours.
→Availability for 9 weekend watches per year.
→1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.
→Experience with Sabre GDS, Salesforce CRM, or similar travel-industry tools is a plus.
