  • Help carry out the partner success strategy in line with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for partner growth, collaboration, and retention.
  • Deliver training and resources that drive successful product adoption.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams so issues are resolved quickly.
  • Track and analyze partner data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on partner performance and success metrics.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Help resolve customer issues across the wider partner base.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a preschool or elementary school teacher, preferably in a public school setting.
  • Willing and able to travel frequently, including regular overnight travel within Texas.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proven initiative, grit, and self-motivation; resilient when things get hard.
  • Passionate advocate for early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Your customers love working with you.
  • Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action.
  • Highly organized and eager to try new tools for project and task management.
  • Preferred: experience in customer success, client services, or account coordination, ideally in education or edtech.

Salary:
Total compensation of $55,000–$65,000, stock options, and full benefits. Travel expenses reimbursed.
