• →Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of areas in the public right of way to identify potential safety and security risks
• →Maintain a visible presence and engage in professional public interactions
• →Document all interactions in a clear and concise written report, ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
• →Communicate and pass on all pertinent information to fellow team members, other safety teams, and the client.
• →Monitor and/or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior
• →Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items
• →Respond to calls of distress, alarms and/or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
• →Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
• →Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
• →Other duties to be determined by management

Qualifications:

• →Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• →High school degree or equivalent
• →Valid state driver’s license
• →Professional demeanor and appearance
• →Basic computer skills
• →Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• →Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• →Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• →Minimum of one year of security experience
• →Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
• →This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time!
