Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Security Officer, Security Guard, customer service professional, or in another safety/protection-related field.

Responsibilities

→Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of areas in the public right-of-way to identify potential safety and security risks.
→Engage with the public and respond to calls for service in the public right-of-way.
→Maintain a visible security presence and engage in professional public interactions.
→Document all interactions in clear, concise, and accurate written reports.
→Communicate and pass along pertinent information to team members, safety teams, and the client.
→Monitor and identify suspicious behavior to assist in preventing vandalism, theft, and other criminal activity.
→Warn individuals of infractions, including loitering, smoking, or possession of prohibited items.
→Respond to calls involving distress, alarms, fire, injuries, or unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders.
→Identify and promptly report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances.
→Ensure applicable rules and regulations are followed.
→Perform other duties as assigned by management.

🛡️ Current & valid Level II Texas security license

🚶 Ability to conduct extended foot patrols

🚗 Valid driver’s license + clean driving record

Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Texas driver’s license
Valid Texas Guard License
Professional demeanor and appearance
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Minimum of 1 year of security experience
Must successfully pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug screening
Ability to crawl, crouch, climb stairs, kneel, run, sit, stand, stoop, and walk for extended periods
