You will work on diverse and challenging financing transactions that require analytical insight, commercial thinking, and strong execution skills. You'll support clients in navigating acquisition financing, refinancing, capital raising and recapitalisation processes. Responsibilities

Support clients in arranging acquisition financing, refinancings and restructuring processes.

Conduct financial and company analyses, build complex financial models, assess capital structures, and support decision-making with well-founded insights.

Assist in the preparation of complex financial models, financing memoranda, and management meetings.

Participate in client meetings, lender negotiations and transaction structuring discussions.

Guide and review the work of junior analysts, and collaborate closely with other mid-level team members.
You are hands-on, entrepreneurial, and driven to build something new. You are excited to be part of a dynamic and ambitious team, and you bring a mix of curiosity, a learning mindset and a client-oriented way of thinking.
A master's degree in Finance or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, corporate finance or investment banking, preferably in leveraged finance, structured finance, or debt advisory.
Native Dutch fluency and strong command of written and verbal English.
Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
A good understanding of financing structures, credit analysis, and LMA documentation.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
