Experienced Paralegal – Litigation / Healthcare / Medical Malpractice / Mount Laurel, NJ / Hybrid Schedule

Defense of medical professionals and providers in all areas of health care liability. This includes physicians, hospitals, nurses, allied health professionals, dentists, nursing homes and physician practices.

• A highly organized, detail‑oriented paralegal who enjoys playing a critical role on a collaborative legal team
• Comfortable managing fast‑paced discovery, preparing cases for trial, and independently maintaining a caseload

• Obtaining, reviewing, and analyzing documents, including medical, financial, tax, and employment records
• Creating detailed medical and factual chronologies
• Preparing trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files
• Compiling evidence through discovery documents, transcripts, records, libraries, and databases
• Managing and organizing electronic and physical case files
• Coordinating with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and support services
• Generating status reports, logs, and case indexes
• Corresponding with clients and opposing law firms
• Conducting legal and medical research, including review of expert materials
• Communicating with experts and analyzing their qualifications, prior testimony, transcripts, and publications
• Performing additional duties as needed

• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple assignments

• 3–5 years of litigation/casualty paralegal experience
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA‑approved program preferred
