✓At least three years of experience leading teams within a medium to large, automated industrial manufacturing environment, ideally with a proven track record of working effectively within a unionised setting

✓A thorough understanding of safety, quality, and best practice housekeeping standards, with an IOSH Managing

✓Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate being highly desirable

✓The ability to use data, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of OEE to drive informed decisions and track performance

✓A collaborative and proactive leadership style, with the ability to communicate across all levels, resolve issues constructively, and build customer confidence

✓Experience with lean manufacturing techniques, such as DMAIC is desirable
