About the Role 

Based at our Balwyn office, this role is responsible for managing a highly organised portfolio of residential properties within the Boroondara area. You will work hands-on with our valued landlords and tenants, supported by a strong and collaborative team culture. 

This position is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled property manager to nurture a great portfolio of clients and work with a supportive property management team.  

Your Responsibilities 

• Effectively manage and oversee a portfolio of approx. 180 residential properties. 

• Deliver outstanding client service while upholding Marshall White’s premium standards. 

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers. 

• Ensure compliance with all legislation and industry best practices. 

• Proactively resolve tenancy and maintenance matters with professionalism. 

• Contribute to a team culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement. 

Skills & Experience 

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Property Management 

• Solid knowledge of residential tenancy legislation. 

• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. 

• Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

• A proactive attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. 

• A genuine passion for real estate and client service. 

• Mandarin speaking would be an advantage 
• Experience with Kolmeo would be an advantage.
