Roving Property Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Roving Property Manager to join our team on a 6‑month fixed-term basis. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Property Manager who loves the work but wants more variety, less long-term portfolio pressure, and the chance to work across some of Melbourne’s most prestigious offices.

About the role

This is a roving relief role, not a fixed portfolio position. You’ll step in across multiple Marshall White offices (such as Brighton, Armadale, Hawthorn, Albert Park, and Balwyn) to support Property Managers who are on leave, unwell, or during peak periods.

Your focus will be to:

• Keep landlord and renter experiences seamless and premium
• Ensure portfolios continue to run smoothly while covering
• Hand over clearly and professionally when the permanent Property Manager returns

It’s ideal for an experienced Property Manager who wants the flexibility and variety of different offices and portfolios without the permanent long-term pressure.

What you’ll do

• Provide end-to-end Property Management support across assigned portfolios during relief periods
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with landlords, renters, and service providers
• Ensure full compliance with residential tenancy legislation, internal processes, and Marshall White standards
• Proactively manage maintenance requests, arrears, lease renewals, and routine inspections
• Prepare clear handover notes so the permanent Property Manager can resume seamlessly
• Contribute to a collaborative, supportive culture in each office you join

Who you are

• An experienced Property Manager with several years managing full residential portfolios
• Confident and competent in residential tenancy legislation and compliance
• Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working across different offices, systems, and teams
• A calm, professional communicator with strong relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills
• Someone who takes pride in delivering premium client service in a luxury real estate environment
• Able to step into existing portfolios confidently and keep everything running smoothly from day one
