We have an exciting opportunity for a polished, ambitious and highly capable Sales Associate to join our Albert Park team, working alongside one of our most successful agents.

With offices across some of Melbourne's most prestigious suburbs, including Stonnington, Boroondara, Port Phillip, Bayside and the Mornington Peninsula, Marshall White is one of Australia's most respected luxury real estate brands.

Our success is built on a commitment to our core values:

Professionalism
We strive for excellence in every moment.

About the Role

This is not a typical assistant role.

Working directly alongside one of our top-performing agents, you will become a trusted extension of his business, taking ownership of the activities that keep campaigns, clients and opportunities moving seamlessly. This enables the agent to focus on what they do best: listing, negotiating and selling.

You will attend listing appointments, build strong relationships with vendors/buyers, manage campaigns from start to finish and work closely with our internal marketing and administration teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The successful candidate will quickly develop a deep understanding of how the agent operates, anticipate priorities and take ownership before being asked.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious about building a long-term career in residential sales. You will gain exposure to every aspect of the sales process and have the opportunity to develop your own profile, expertise and responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend listing appointments and assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations and appraisals.
  • Project manage sales campaigns from start to finish, including advertising approvals, marketing schedules, photography, copy and campaign coordination, working closely with internal marketing and administration teams.
  • Build meaningful relationships with buyers, conducting inspections, managing follow-up activity, identifying opportunities and supporting negotiations throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain an accurate and active CRM database, identifying opportunities and ensuring no lead is missed.
  • Assist the Business Manager in preparing vendor reports and delivering a consistently exceptional client experience throughout each campaign.
  • Support the agent wherever required to ensure campaigns, clients and business opportunities remain on track.

Skills, Experience & Qualities

  • Experience in real estate sales support, property management or a client-facing role within a premium service environment.
  • Immaculate presentation and the confidence to engage professionally with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong initiative and sound judgement. You identify what needs to be done and take action.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Genuine enjoyment in working with people and building lasting relationships, particularly with buyers.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion and personal accountability.
  • Current Agent's Representative registration
  • Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Why Join Marshall White?

  • Learn from and work alongside one of Australia's leading residential sales agents.
  • Gain exposure to high-value transactions and some of Melbourne's finest homes.
  • Receive ongoing mentoring, support and professional development.
  • Build a long-term career within one of Australia's most respected premium real estate brands.
  • Be part of a collaborative, high-performance culture where excellence is recognised and rewarded.
  • Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.
