We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Flag Football Coach to assist the Head Coach with recruiting, scouting, and practice planning.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Perform competition day duties as assigned, and monitor equipment inventory and care.
- →Assist with practice and competition day management and activities
- →Assist with organizational planning (travel, community service, study hall, etc.), and support student-athlete development and assist with roster management.
- →Help with the planning and organization of camps and clinics.
- →Being able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Please note that this role is in person based in Arlington, VA. Position will be open until filled.
Compensation/Total Rewards
This is a stipend-based position: the stipend for this role ranges from $200 to $400, depending on experience and timing within the semester. It is competitive, market-based, and aligned with the University’s financial framework. Part-time employees are eligible to contribute to the university’s 403(b) retirement plan on their own.
