Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) - Up to $130k plus Sign-on Albuquerque, NM New Grads Welcome! We are a private, physician-owned Practice that values the midwifery model of care and the important role CNMs play in building trusted relationships with patients throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and all stages of a woman's life. Duties and Responsibilities - Provide full-scope midwifery care in a collaborative practice environment - Provide comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care - Manage labor and delivery while supporting individualized birth plans and patient preferences. - Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians and other members of the clinical team. - Provide well-woman and preventive care throughout the stages of a woman's life. - Assess, diagnose, and manage common conditions within the CNM scope of practice. - Order and interpret appropriate lab and diagnostic testing and prescribe medications as clinically indicated. - Educate and counsel patients to support informed decision-making and evidence-based care. - EMR: ModMed Schedule, Compensation & Benefits - 2 Clinic days (8 hours per day) and 24 hours of Call; Call: two 12-hour shifts or one 24-hour shift weekly, consisting of both day and night - $110k to $130k DOE - Sign-on bonus - Relocation assistance - 5 weeks of annual leave which includes holidays and sick time - 1 week of CME leave prorated for the number of hours worked per week - Medical and dental insurance - Employer contribution to 401(k) - Paid Annual Leave (PAL) - CME allowance and professional development support - Malpractice coverage - Support for applicable New Mexico healthcare professional loan repayment opportunities Requirements - Active New Mexico license or willing to obtain - ACME graduate of a nurse-midwifery accredited program - AMCB certified - New Mexico Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and Federal DEA registration - Required - 2+ years of experience as a CNM preferred - Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification - Required - Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered women's healthcare - Strong communication and collaborative practice skills #MASC104 #ZR
