Primary Care Physician – Outpatient Practice Location: Semoran, FL We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing outpatient practice in Winter Semoran, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a primarily geriatric patient population in a supportive and collaborative environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary starting at $250,000+, with potential for higher earnings Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and malpractice coverage Paid time off and CME allowance Responsibilities Outpatient only practice with an average of 15 patients per day Provide comprehensive care for adult and geriatric patients, including preventive medicine and chronic disease management Collect, record, and maintain accurate patient information such as medical history, reports, and test results Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, including multi-morbid cases Prescribe and administer appropriate medications, therapies, and specialized treatments Educate patients and families on treatment options and preventive health practices Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed Requirements MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills Passion for delivering excellent care, particularly to the geriatric population Why Join Us?
