Director, Sales Analytics & Insights

This role will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing Masimo’s global Commercial data pipelines and infrastructure.  This role will work closely with cross-functional partners in Information Systems/Technology and Finance, along with various stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Commercial Operations, and Marketing to enable key business insights while ensuring data integrity.

• →Design, build, and maintain the global commercial organization data architecture to align business objectives with technical strategy
• →Develop reliable, scalable, and efficient data workflows to ingest, transform, and deliver commercial data for analytics, reporting, and integration with various sales enablement applications/tools
• →Develop strategies to integrate disparate data sources and move data from legacy systems and/or offline files to modern platforms
• →Develop and define data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with reported financial measures
• →Work with stakeholders to collect, analyze, define, and document requirements for data sets, reports, dashboards, metrics, and other business insights
• →Support the advancement of commercial analytics capabilities with well-structured data foundations that support advanced analytics and predictive insights

• Extensive technical knowledge with expertise in at least one technical language or data management system (e.g. AWS, SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Strong understanding of relational, dimensional, and modern analytics architectures
• Strong understanding of data modeling for analytics (dimensional & semantic layer design) and data governance
• Ability to translate business analytics needs into architecture designs and roadmaps
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, and modern BI reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking.  Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required.  May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.  Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related quantitative or technical field.
